Dear Sir,
I, on behalf of the students of class (your class) of your school/college, have to honor to state that our school/college is one of the most famous schools/colleges in our District. But it is a matter of sorrow that there is no canteen on your school/college campus. Our classes start at 9.00 a.m. and break up at 4 p.m. There is a thirty minutes break at lunchtime. However, most of the learners cannot go home for lunch given that they live far away. They have to take their lunch at roadside hotels. But many of these are unhygienic and bad for our health. Moreover, the school/college canteen may provide low-priced hygienically prepared foods.
May, I therefore pray and hope that you would be kind enough to take the necessary steps to setting up a canteen on our campus.
